September Sweeps

Can you believe it; summer's over. Now we can look forward to all of the shows reappearing in this wonderful, but rainy month.
Some of my personal favorites... Grey's Anatomy simply never gets boring or tiring. Every episode leaves you literally on the edge of whatever you're sitting on. The Mentalist is making its 2nd debut, and each episode is quirky and magical. Then there is Medium which recently switched to CBS (bad move on NBC). Its mysterious and devious ways get me each and every show (I love the idea of dreaming up the past and future). Gossip Girls is having its way with me. Each coniving and decieving episode is like sexy ear nibbling and back scratching wrapped up into one nicely wrapped package with a card saying, "This one's on me" (those guys definitly give me a ring). Two and a Half Men always cracks me up with its raunchy comedy. And, Desperate Housewives... Last season wasn't so hot for me, but I'll watch to see what happens. I mean, what else are you gonna do on a Sunday night?
The Good Wife is new to the line-up. It has serious potential due to all of those terrible government/presidential men who are cheating on their wifes lately. I'm personally wanting to know what's on their mind too. Also, Cougar Town is a hot little number with Courtney Cox. The new "cougar" generation has developed this new hit. We will see if it does as good or even better than Cox's show, Dirt.
I have to mention So You Think You Can Dance. I know, it has already started, but I want to thank Nigel Lythgoe for realizing that this show derserves a spot in the Fall Line-up. These choreographers are phenomenal; but, that's a whole other blog. ; )
